We are delighted to offer exclusive shopping events, champagne receptions, private dinners or boardroom meetings at Liberty, a name synonymous with luxury since 1875. We will tailor each event to your specific requirements.
Our Event Options include:
- Private Shopping throughout the entire store for up 500 guests
- Intimate personal shopping events for up to 35 guests
- Larger personal shopping events for up to 80 people
- Champagne, Chocolate tastings or cake making demonstrations
- Fashion Shows
- Cocktail parties in The Heritage Suite or Champagne & Oyster Bar

4th Floor up to 499 people:
We can accommodate up to 499 people for a cocktail party on the 4th floor, Liberty’s Furniture and Lighting floor, with optional private shopping throughout the entire store. Guests can experience Liberty after hours and explore this wonderful emporium.
The 4th floor is also the perfect setting for a private cocktail party followed by a prestigious banquet dinner for up to 60 people.

Enjoy a Champagne and Canapé reception on the 4th floor of Liberty from 6.30pm.
The 4th Floor houses furniture and lighting and incorporates a collection of individual pieces of antique and contemporary furniture that spans style across the centuries. All of the furniture is left in situ to create a lounge style effect for your cocktail party. A DJ will add atmosphere to your event with some background lounge music. We can also arrange a roving Sax player, Gospel Choir or Jazz band. Catering is provided by in-store caterers Ford McDonald, a team of highly experienced professionals led by Michelin Star Chef Patrick McDonald and Dominic Ford who will ensure your event is catered with skill and imagination.
From 8pm, Liberty will be exclusively yours. Guests can access the entire store which will be fully staffed. You will be able to shop throughout the store and avail of the services of the personal shopping team who can assist with decorative styling and gift sourcing.
Other activities we can offer on the evening include, Chocolate tasting, Wine tasting, beauty Consultations, Le Labo (fragrance specialist), Mens Barber, Snooker, Liberty Wish List (the opportunity to avail of the personal shoppers service to choose your Christmas gifts, based on your requirements), Private shopping in the Liberty Christmas shop.
Fashion Show and Personal Shopping
We are able to arrange intimate personal shopping events in The Heritage suite for up to 35 guests. Your guests can enjoy a champagne & canapé reception followed by a tailored fashion show presented by the head of bespoke services, a discussion with the team of personal stylists, and private shopping in the personal shopping suite and first floor ladies wear.
You can also include a beauty element to this event.
We can organise a similar personal shopping event for up to 80 people, standing on the 1st floor in the personal shopping suite.

6.30pm: Guests arrive via the Beauty Entrance off Great Marlborough Street
Waiting staff will be ready with trays of champagne
A cloakroom will be available
6.40pm: Canapé service commences
7.10pm: Head of Personal Shopping will welcome guests and outline the evening
Client Host may wish to make a speech if they wish
7.15pm: Beauty Presentation commences discussing latest seasonal tips
7.45pm: Beauty Presentation ceases
Canapé and champagne service recommences
7.55pm: Head of Personal Shopping introduces Fashion Show which will be tailored to suit the guest profile
All guests will be given a garment order outlining each outfit
8.40pm: Fashion Show concludes
8.45pm: Guests will be escorted to the 1st Floor, Ladieswear
Guests will be able to shop with Liberty styling experts
Champagne service will continue on the 1st floor.
A beauty station will be set in the Personal Shopping Suite on 1st floor for guests to have mini makeovers
10.00pm: Event concludes
Guests depart via the Beauty Hall
Sample Cocktail Party Package

Min/Max: No minimum. Maximum: 45 (The Heritage Suite) Maximum: 60 Champagne & Oyster Bar.
Cocktail party in The Heritage Suite or Champagne & Oyster Bar.
We can offer you and your guests a 2 hour Cocktail and Canapé reception in the Stunning Heritage Suite, formerly the office of Arthur Liberty, including room hire; or, a 2 hour Cocktail and Canapé reception in the Champagne & Oyster Bar on the lower ground floor, including room hire.
Optional extras include a Champagne Tasting/Cake demonstration/Wine tasting/Cocktail making.
