Challenge
To create a “brand-enhancing” party in celebration of a recent global acquisition.
Solution
We created a pre–event “buzz” through a destination concept – passport invitations & boarding card guest passes handed out by vintage Pan-Am hostesses.
We focused on the parent company’s traditional French roots alongside the international reach of the new brand. We secured one of the hottest venues in town, Sketch (French ownership & head chef), and enhanced it with strong international themed zones. Real life New York barmen served Cosmopolitans in the cocktail lounge, flavoured vodka with blinis flowed in the Russian tea room…
All in all, we went the extra (air) mile to ensure every detail was impossibly authentic.
