Doors open. Please proceed directly to your box, number as detailed on your ticket.

Loggia boxes are located on the ground floor.
Grand Tier boxes are located on the 1st floor.

Your personal box waiter will assist in serving drinks. The box hospitality menu, as printed below, will be laid out in your box. The hot items will be served in your box during the interval.

In the interest of artist safety, please be aware that should patrons leave their box during the show, re-admittance will only be permitted at a suitable break in the performance. Please note the show will start promptly and includes a 25 minute interval. We regret latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance. The general conditions and regulations of the Royal Albert Hall and Cirque do Soleil Productions BV will be applicable.
