- Gates open; Guests can view the art galleries, sculpture lawn and street theatre
6.30pm
- Laurent-Perrier Champagne and canapé reception
7.15pm
- First and main courses are served, complemented by selected wines
8.30pm
- Guests make their way to the Grandstand
8.45pm
- Performances on floating stage start
10.15pm
- Guests pause on the lawn for fireworks
10.45pm
- Guests return to La Scala for dessert, cheese and coffee
