REFUND POLICY FOR MICHAEL JACKSON “THIS IS IT” TICKET

At this time of mourning for Michael Jackson, we are together in our sadness at the loss of one of the greatest entertainers ever.

Full refunds will be available to hospitality clients who have purchased tickets a Thriller, Cruise or Platinum package through Keith Prowse for any of the Michael Jackson 'This Is It' concerts which were to take place at The O2 Arena in London.  A member of our Sales team will contact you as soon as possible. 

Fans will also have the option to be sent the actual tickets they would have received to attend the shows in lieu of the full refunds which are being offered.

If you opt to receive a ticket as a souvenir/momento you will be refunded the total amount paid, less the £75.00 ticket value.  The tickets which will be issued will have the actual seat and date for which they had booked reflected on them.

The tickets printed with the special lenticular process, were inspired and designed by Michael Jackson for the fans attending his shows. Images of the specially created tickets may be seen on www.michaeljacksonlive.com beginning 1 July 2009. The special offer to receive the actual tickets that the purchaser would have received to attend 'This is It' will remain valid until 23:59 GMT, 14 August 2009.
