Roasted salmon, saffron aioli, sun-blushed tomato, baby gem and green bean
Roast beef, horseradish and rocket

Vodka gazpacho shot
Tuna sashimi, Indonesian soy sauce, pickled ginger and wasabi
Rosemary shortbread with slow roasted cherry tomato, black olive, feta and caper
Asparagus, rocket and parmesan wrapped in parma ham with rocket pesto
Sticky chicken skewers with smoked chilli jelly
Lime marinated chicken skewers with spiced avocado dip

Served hot during the interval

Traditional fish pie
Oriental chicken and prawn broth
Roasted mushroom, sweet potato, garlic and baby spinach topped with a parmesan and olive crust
