Please ensure that you bring your ticket with you. The entrance that you must use is clearly printed on the ticket. Have your ticket ready so that the stewards can identify you quickly and easily

On arrival please ensure that you have your Event Card with you to gain access into the hospitality area

The best place to meet your guests is in the hospitality area

Your match programme and scorecard will be provided in the hospitality area.

There are public telephones available around the Ground. The use of mobile telephones is prohibited.

Please note that during several periods throughout the day, due to crowd control measures, you are not permitted to take drinks outside your hospitality area

The dress code is smart/casual. We recommend not wearing jeans or trainers.

The ticket collection point is close to the East Gate Entrance on St. John’s Wood Road.
