Private chalets are available for 40 guests on Tuesday and Wednesday and for 30 guests on Thursday and Friday with smaller numbers accommodated within the shared Chelsea Club facility

Chairman's Evening Package

The Chairman’s Evening Package offers your guests a chance to view a catwalk of colour and creativity, featuring the latest trends and ultimate designs from the cream of garden designers, nurseries, plantsmen and exhibitors. This impressive flower show, in the heart of London, is combined with the finest hospitality.  The hospitality includes a champagne and canapé reception in the Grande Marque as well as a sumptuous four-course dinner, accompanied by specially selected superior wines.

Private chalets are available for 40 guests on Tuesday and Wednesday or 30 guests on Friday, with smaller numbers accommodated within the shared Chelsea Club facility.

Champagne and Canapé Package

Experience the world’s most famous flower show which celebrates the highest quality horticulture; feeding the imagination and bursting with inspiration for your guests to take home.

The Champagne and Canapé package offers your guests the chance to view the wonderful garden designs at this exquisite flower show, followed by champagne and canapés before departing the show ground. This package has limited availability so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Private chalets for 60 guests are available on request, with smaller numbers accommodated within the shared Chelsea Club facility.

Director’s Hospitality Package

The Director’s Hospitality package is only available on the final day of Chelsea Flower Show. This package gives you and your guests all day access to the showground, where they can view each of the small gardens which overflow with inspiration. The flower show is combined with hospitality in the RHS Official
Hospitality Village which includes a champagne and canapé reception and a sumptuous three-course lunch, as well as a complimentary bar throughout the day.

Private chalets are available for 30 guests, with smaller numbers accommodated within the shared Chelsea Club facility.

• Grande Marque champagne & canapé reception from 7.00 pm (show closes 8.00pm)
• Full complimentary bar from 3.30pm to 9.30pm 
• Four-course dinner with superior wines served in your hospitality facility at 8.00 pm (depart showground at 10.00pm)
