The European Open

After 13 successful years at The K Club in Ireland, The European Open will be played in the UK for the first time since 1994 when The London Golf Club plays host to one of The European Tour’s most prestigious events from 3rd – 6th July 2008.

Colin Montgomerie will return to defend his title, won in such dramatic fashion, and against a star studded field over the stunning Jack Nicklaus designed Heritage Course.

The European Open has been won by no less than 8 Major Champions including Nick Faldo, Bernhard Langer, Greg Norman and Ian Woosnam, and in Ryder Cup year competition will once again be fierce as Europe’s best players compete to capture vital Ryder Cup points and one of the biggest titles on the European Tour.
