New Business Sales Executive

Salary: Basic Salary of £16 - 19,000 per annum, plus commission at prevailing rates (OTE Earnings - £30k)

Reporting to: Sales Manager

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating new business
  • Sourcing leads and initiating contact with major corporate buyers
  • Setting up and attending meetings with prospective clients
  • Negotiation with corporate buyers
  • Meeting specified personal sales targets
  • Liasing with the Senior management team
  • Liasing with the Operations Department
  • Maximising revenue by effectively managing the existing databases
  • Any other duties as required

Key skills to include:

  • Proven sales ability including face to face and telephone skills
  • Use of IT packages including, Microsoft Office, E-mail, Word, Excel
  • Good use of the English Language
  • The ability to communicate at all levels
  • A good team member but must be able to work on own initiative
  • Self motivation
  • Experience and knowledge of Sporting and Cultural events desirable

Misc:

  • Three-month trial basis
  • You will be required to work at Keith Prowse’s offices in Uxbridge
  • The salary will be as above and will be reviewed annually
  • The hours of work are 9am to 5.30pm daily with one hour for lunch
  • Holiday – 20 days per year, then one additional day for each year worked after two years, up to a maximum of five days
  • Contributory group pension scheme after 3 months of employment
  • Free medical cover after 3 months of employment
  • Details of all the above are outlined in the Company Handbook, a copy of which will be given on joining the Company
