Keith Prowse plays part in record West End theatre audiences

Keith Prowse is delighted to have been part of the most successful year in West End history. Despite the threat of the credit crunch, 2007 saw theatre attendance numbers reach a massive 13.6 million with many taking up hospitality packages to see the shows in style. 

The unprecedented popularity of West End shows has been partly attributed to the influence of television programmes such as the BBC’s “How To Solve A Problem Like Maria” and ITV’s “Grease Is the Word”.
