Our Sample Conference Package includes:
- Exclusive hire of a private suite
- Cabaret style seating for 50 delegates
- Unlimited tea, coffee and biscuits throughout the day

Sample itinerary at The Crowne Plaza, Marlow:
8.30am: Registration in reception foyer
Tea, coffee and bacon / egg rolls served in the Terrace Bar
9.30am: Meeting commences
10.55am: Tea, coffee and refreshments are served
1-2pm: 2 Course lunch is served (Hot and cold buffet lunch in restaurant)
2pm: Team building (Art Masterclass) commences in main meeting room
3.30pm: Tea, coffee and refreshments
4.30pm: Team building ends
4pm: Wrap up & Summary
5pm: Meeting / teambuilding finish
6-7pm: Pre dinner drinks in Terrace Bar
7pm: 3 course dinner in Winterlake 1 with half a bottle of wine per person
9pm: After dinner drinks served in Agua Bar
Overnight
Sample itinerary at East Midlands Conference Centre, Nottingham:
9am: Guests check in accommodation
10am: Registration, with tea / coffee and bacon rolls available to guests
11am: Conference to begin
1pm: Break for lunch
2pm: Afternoon session
3.30pm: Tea / coffee and cake break
5pm: Guests finish and go to their rooms for a break and get ready for evening entertainment
7pm: Guests meet for a champagne reception
8pm: Guests sit down for dinner
9pm: Performance by The Singing Waiters
10pm: DJ Starts
Midnight: remaining guests call it a night
10am: Breakfast is served for guests
11am: Conference starts for day 2
1pm Lunch break
3pm: Finish

Multimedia Facilities
Video production and audio visual effects are key to creating a unique and memorable conference. We can arrange for camera crews to record your conference which can then be used in a variety of different ways including:
Live Camera Relay and Event Recording
Single or multiple cameras at your event to record for future showing/editing or live relay onto projection screens, monitors or plasma screens.
Single and Multi Camera Filming
This is more useful for a conference, party, fashion show, product launch, roadshow or conference insert.

For Video use, exhibition displays, CD-R, DVD, web, company logos/idents etc.

Meetings held nationally or internationally, coupled with camera crews, video playback, graphics, etc.

Live streaming of an event onto the Internet for immediate delivery or edited and downloaded to a secure server for access after the event.
Lighting Production
Lighting is all too often overlooked at events. Whether it's table pinspots, uplighters, silk flames or lasers, the right lighting is often the most cost efficient way to create a very strong impact and the perfect atmosphere, transforming your venue to ensure a lasting impression.
Themed Production
Using stunning decorative props, backdrops, flowers, entertainment, bands, lighting, novelties and costumes, we can offer a theming service to transform your event into the most memorable and fantastic occasion. Popular themes include Hollywood, James Bond, Circus, Moulin Rouge and Winter Wonderland.
