The Twickenham Experience 

Twickenham Stadium is the ideal venue for hospitality, combining the excitement and drama of international rugby with first-class facilities. Keith Prowse is delighted to offer official Twickenham Experience on-site hospitality at this special stadium. New features unveiled this year include the Players’ Lounge and Rugby House, located within the ground’s new South Stand, and offering you and your clients a truly unique experience. The old haunts are also still available and this year Keith Prowse and Twickenham Experience have updated the packages on offer. Choose from the Obolensky’s, Wakefield’s and St George’s restaurants in the East Stand or relax with a drink or two in the Sports Bar. Whatever your requirements, there’s something to suit.

Twickenham Packages 2008/09

The Players’ Lounge

This exclusive VIP hospitality package is located in The Live Room within the brand new South Stand. It is hosted by an ex-international rugby player throughout the day. After the match four England squad members will join guests for a question and answer session. Previous visitors to The Players’ Lounge have included Phil Vickery and Will Greenwood.

Sports Bar

This package offers the perfect combination of hospitality and top class rugby set in a sociable environment with informal tables and casual seating.

Rugby House

Brand-new hospitality Suites within the South Stand Rugby House within the completed South Stand provides a range of modern hospitality suites to enjoy your day at Twickenham. These include a large central facility, the Rose Suite and a number of smaller, more intimate suites. Private tables for 10 guests are available, and smaller numbers will be accommodated on a shared basis.

Obolensky’s or Wakefield’s

Located within the East Stand, these glass-fronted restaurants, overlooking the pitch, provide superb surroundings in which to entertain your clients. Official RFU exterior seating outside Obolensky’s or Wakefield’s provides panoramic views whilst you soak up the unique Twickenham atmosphere. Private tables of 10 or 12.

St George’s

Formerly known as Invincibles, this hospitality facility was renamed at the start of 2008, as part of the stadium re-branding. The St George’s Suite is an Art Deco styled restaurant located in the East Stand with easy access to your official RFU seats. Private tables are available for eight, 10 or 12 people with smaller numbers being accommodated on a shared table.
