Cowes Week 2009 - Race Charter

This is a unique opportunity to actually take part in a major sporting event. Take on the worlds finest sailors at their own game.

We will work with you to provide the perfect racing package for your specific requirements. From a production 40ft yacht to a one off Grand Prix Maxi Yacht crewed by Olympic and Americas Cup Sailors. We have the knowledge, ability and experience to deliver the ultimate participation event!

The support does not stop on the water; we provide a complete regatta support package which includes everything from transport and accommodation (houses and hotels) to catering (onboard, at restaurants or even in house chefs) and branded clothing.

The First 40.7 is an ideal choice for Corporate Race Charter, being relatively simple to sail by a novice Crew whilst providing close racing in a competitive fleet of other similar yachts. The 40.7 now has its own class, in 2008 there were 35 entered for the week of which 20 plus were corporate entries.

In addition there is also a Corporate Cup for the leading charter boat at the end of the week. In 2008 we had 4 yachts in the top 5 including the overall winner.

Race charter packages are available by the day or for the entire week.

The Crew

Each yacht will have a professional crew for the duration of the charter.  Both Skipper and Mate will have extensive Solent race charter experience.

Both Skipper and Mate will have extensive corporate charter experience and will have training in safety procedures and First Aid.  Crews are selected for their sailing ability, their experience in corporate hospitality charter environments, their racing experience and their ability to communicate both professionally and socially with their guests, while maintaining a safe and enjoyable atmosphere on board.
