Challenge
To create a team building activity for senior staff to reflect the company’s mission of high performance and drive for success. To deliver this serious message in a fun, playful way.
Solution
A London cab treasure hunt incorporating the 2 themes:
“High” – London’s skyscrapers, Nelson’s column, the London Eye – all of London’s “high flying” landmarks held a clue. Delegates had to climb heights, photograph heights and capture every angle on “how to go higher”
“Drive” - a London cab was the transport for the day. Years of “the knowledge” and an impeccable knowledge of the geography of London showed that the drive wasn’t just behind the wheel. Guests had to capture an element of what “drove” the cabbies and their careers on each journey
Result
A visible improvement was seen in the staff’s relationships and synergy creating a more productive team output and a happier, more valued workforce. The client returned to us soon after to expand their events programme.
