Gourmet Cookery Experiences in London

London’s first corporate cookery centre has opened and Keith Prowse is delighted to offer packages at this fun cookery experience. Based in Wandsworth, two large, state-of-the-art kitchens cater for bookings of up to 60 people. Modelled in the style of a stunning Chelsea home, the facilities are equipped to showcase the best of Italian, Indian and Japanese cooking.

The custom-built package provides a fun and sociable occasion. Rather than the mindless amounts of chopping or armstraining mixing, participants are invited to “sip and stir” enjoying fine wines as they cook in a state-of-the-art kitchen.

Nothing is prepared in advance to ensure the cooking process is fully experienced by all participating. With different levels of culinary skills accounted for, seasoned cooks are exposed to trade secrets and beginners are able to get stuck in to well structured recipes. A team of chefs and waiting staff are provided to ensure the creation of the meal is both enjoyable and effortless.

At the end of the session you and your team can sit down together and relax while the gourmet food you have prepared is served.

The cooking experience is four hours long and timings can be designed to suit requirements. This is an ideal experience for client entertaining.

Three course meal with a minimum of 6 recipes to be cooked under tuition of at least 1 chef for every 8-10 people

Example Agenda for the day

10.00: Guests arrive
10.00 – 10.15: Tea and coffee served with homemade biscuits. The team will introduce themselves and go over the day’s plans.
10.15 – 12.45: Full hands on cookery class
12.45 – 14.00: Lunch is served with wine
14.00 – 14.30: Break
14.30 – 16.00: Wine tasting
