Keith Prowse to sponsor racing’s Tingle Creek Steeple Chase

Press information for release 26 November 2010

Keith Prowse has underlined its intention to remain ahead of the pack in the corporate hospitality market with its sponsorship of the Tingle Creek Steeple Chase at Sandown Park.

The Keith Prowse Hospitality Tingle Creek Steeple Chase will be the highlight of the card on Tingle Creek Day (Saturday 4th December) at the Surrey racecourse.

This year Tingle Creek Day will be given a unique festive twist with visitors being delivered to the racecourse via a traditional Horse and Sleigh ride from Sandown Park’s train station. Family fun will continue when a pantomime production of Aladdin! is held at Esher Hall in between races exclusively for race goers.

The two days of high class racing that make up the Tingle Creek Weekend (3rd – 4th December) are considered an important precursor to the Cheltenham Festival (Tuesday 15th – Friday 18th March), where Keith Prowse is celebrating its 25th year as officially hospitality provider in 2011. Keith Prowse’s Front Runners Restaurant has become the fulcrum for hospitality during Cheltenham, combining fine dining and exacting service levels with views over the final furlong.

Previous winners of the illustrious race include Cheltenham Gold Cup legend Kauto Star (2005, 2006) and Moscow Flyer (2003, 2004) another multiple victor at the Cheltenham Festival. This year Paul Nicholls’ 2007 and 2009 winner Twist Magic is expected to line-up alongside Champion racehorse Master Minded, who won the race in 2008.
