5th npower Ashes Test Sample Itinerary 2009



9.00am - Gates open & Tea, coffee and pastries are served

11.00am - Play starts & Bar opens

1.00pm - After a glass of champagne, lunch is served with selected wines and followed by coffee

1.40pm - Play resumes

3.40pm - Afternoon tea is served

6.00pm - Scheduled end of play

6.30pm - Bar closes (or 30 minutes after the close of play whichever is the earliest)

7.00 pm - Hospitality area closes and guests depart (or one hour after the close of play whichever is the earliest)
