Weekday offer from Tuesday 21st - Friday 24th May 2013

Entertain your clients Tuesday to Friday from 9.00 am till 5.00 pm. These exquisitely re-designed hospitality pavilions within the official RHS Hospitality Village can be reserved for one or more days. Private Pavilions can be reserved for 40 or 80 guests on all days.There is no minimum number required for a reservation within the Chelsea Club, the official shared restaurant located within the RHS Hospitality Village. Private tables will be guaranteed for 10 guests with smaller numbers accommodated on shared tables.

The Monarch Weekday offer includes:

• Entrance ticket to the show
• Show catalogue
• Morning service including a hot breakfast plate and an array of breakfast treats
• Welcome glass of Laurent Perrier Champagne
• Four course luncheon, menu devised by Michelin Star chef Shaun Hill
• Fortnum’s afternoon tea including a full range of Fortnum’s afternoon leaf teas served in traditional silver tea pots
• Complimentary bar, Fortnum’s house wines, London beers and ale, pimms, juices and homemade lemonades, mineral waters and soft drinks, from 11.00 am
• Horticultural expert in attendance

The Jubilee

(formerly The Chairman's Evening Package)

Evening offer for Tuesday 21st, Wednesday 22nd and Friday 24th May 2013

Private pavilions within the Hospitality Village can be reserved for 40 or 80 guests on all days including a private viewing on Tuesday and Wednesday for all pavilion holders. Smaller numbers will be accommodated within the shared Chelsea Club facility.

The Jubilee evening offer includes:

• Admission to the show from 3.30 pm
• Champagne and canapé reception from 7.00 pm, with an opportunity to return to the showground for another viewing
• Four course dinner, menu devised by Michelin Star chef Shaun Hill include a cheese board offering a wide selection of Fortnum’s finest British cheeses
• Complimentary bar; Fortnum’s house wines, London beers and ale, pimms, juices and homemade lemonades, mineral waters and soft drinks
• Horticultural expert in attendance

The Royale: Champagne and Canapés

Evening Package - Thursday 23rd May 2013

End a wonderful day at the world’s most famous Flower Show with chilled Champagne and delicious canapés and finger food, all served in the inimitable atmosphere and conviviality of the Hospitality Village. Private pavilions within the Hospitality Village can be reserved for 60 guests. Smaller numbers can be accommodated within the Chelsea Club facility.

The Royale: Champagne & Canapés evenings include:

• Admission to the show
• Access to your hospitality facility from 7.00 pm
• An elegant reception with free fl owing Laurent-Perrier Champagne and a variety of the most exquisite hot and cold canapés
• Complimentary bar, Laurent-Perrier Champagne, Fortnum’s house wines, London beers and ale, pimms, juices and homemade lemonades, mineral waters an soft drinks

The Sovereign

(formerly The Director's Package)
Daytime only offer for Saturday 25th May 2013

One of the highlights of the final day is the 4pm sell off, when the public can - for the first time in the Show - purchase the plants from the featured gardens and displays as each careful construction is dismantled. Private pavilions may be reserved 40 or 80 guests, with smaller numbers accommodated within the shared Chelsea Club facility.

The Buckingham

Double Session Members’Days
Tuesday 21st and Wednesday 22nd May 2013

The Buckingham is a combination of the Monarch day package and the Jubilee evening package offering enhanced opportunities to brand and personalise the hospitality space.
Entertain your clients on Members’ Days from 9.00am till 10.15 pm. Private Pavilions can be reserved for 40 guests during the day and a further 40 guests in the evening.

The Buckingham package includes

• Access to your paviliion from 7am in order to brand and install AV
• 2 free staff access passes throughout the day and access for technical support
• Choice of a range of colours of glasses and napkins
• Further wine list and/or all day champagne available on request
• Entrance ticket to the show
• Show catalogue
• Morning service including a hot breakfast plate and an array of breakfast treats
• Welcome glass of Laurent Perrier Champagne
• Four course luncheon, menu devised by Michelin Star chef Shaun Hill

The Kensington is a combination of the Monarch daytime package for 40 guests and the Royale Champagne and Canapé evening package for 60 guests offering enhanced opportunities to brand and personalise the hospitality space and experience
Entertain your clients from 9.00 am till 9.30 pm. Private Pavilions can be reserved for 40 guests during the day and 60 guests in the evening.

The Kesington package includes

• Access to your paviliion from 7am in order to brand and install AV
