Private pavilions are available for 40 or 80 guests on Tuesday and Wednesday and for a minimum of 32 or 64 guests on Thursday and Friday, with smaller numbers accommodated within the shared Chelsea Club facility.

Morning service including a selection of warm pastries, miniature bacon rolls, cut fruits, mueslis, smoothies or just a mid-morning coffee and cake for the fainthearted!

A welcome glass of Laurent Perrier Champagne followed by a 4 course lunch with a premium gourmet menu devised by Michelin Star chef Shaun Hill including a classic cheese trolley offering a wide selection of Fortnum’s finest British cheeses and a range of digestifs.

Fortnum’s specially devised Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Afternoon Tea presented to you on a traditional tea stand with finger sandwiches, cakes, biscuits, scones and clotted cream. A full range of Fortnum’s afternoon leaf teas served in our traditional silver tea pots.

The Royale: Champagne and Canapés
Thursday 24th - Friday 25th May 2012
End a wonderful day at the world’s most famous Flower Show with chilled Champagne and delicious canapés and finger food, all served in the inimitable atmosphere and conviviality of the Hospitality Village. Private pavilions within the Hospitality Village can be reserved for 60 guests. Smaller numbers can be accommodated within the Chelsea Club facility.

Daytime only offer for Saturday 26th May 2012
One of the highlights of the final day is the 4pm sell off, when the public can - for the first time in the Show - purchase the plants from the featured gardens and displays as each careful construction is dismantled. Private pavilions may be reserved for 30 to 40 or 60 to 80 guests, with smaller numbers accommodated within the shared Chelsea Club facility.
