The Premier Service is the key account division of Keith Prowse. Our bespoke service offering allows organisations with people booking events across many different departments, locations or subsidiaries to centralise their entertaining investment with one, unbiased, events booking agency. It’s about empowering companies to effectively monitor and control their hospitality spend.

Premier Service customers are allocated their own team of experts, including an Account Team and IT Project Manager, to help create and implement event programmes. Our experience experts and state-of-the-art systems offer a ‘one-stop shop’ for event and hospitality procurement.

The booking system is updated daily with new events and delivers accurate management information – such as bespoke reports detailing package and payment status to provide a transparent picture of hospitality spend.
