Colin Montgomerie 'has players in mind for wild card picks'

Colin Montgomerie says he already has a good idea which players he will award wildcards to, allowing them to compete in front of Ryder Cup packages customers.
The top nine players in the European points list will be handed an automatic place in the contest against the US, which takes place at Celtic Manor between October 1st and 3rd 2010.
Those who do not make the grade still have a chance to play in front of people with Ryder Cup packages, but they will need to rely on one of Monty's three wildcard picks.
According to the 47-year-old, there are 20 players on the European Tour who deserve a place in the team.
Despite this, he was quoted by BBC Sport as saying: "I have a preferred three in my head."
However, he admitted: "I'm sure something will happen that will change that."
Earlier this month, Ryder Cup hopeful Rory McIlroy said the European team are relishing the chance to take on - and beat - world number one Tiger Woods at the tournament.
