Davies will love Ryder Cup home support, says Woosnam

Ian Woosnam has said it would be "huge" for Welsh youngster Rhys Davies to play in front of people with Ryder Cup corporate tickets later this year.
The clash between the best golfers in Europe and the US takes places between October 1st and 3rd 2010 at the Celtic Manor Resort in Newport and Woosnam told his protege that the local fans will be sure to rally behind him if he qualifies for the event.
"There is nothing like home support," the 2006 Ryder Cup captain told BBC Sport.
Despite the attraction of playing in front of people with Ryder Cup corporate tickets, Woosnam urged Davies not to worry too much about his chances of playing in the tournament.
"Rhys needs to just concentrate on his own golf, play as best he can, finish as high as he can every week," the 52-year-old said.
Davies is currently lying in joint 118th place at the US Open after posting a seven-over-par score of 78 in the first round.
