Ahead of the occasion, the company acknowledged that not all attendees will be entirely familiar with the rules of Cartier International Polo
It urged people to at the very least try and remember that each team is made up of four players and points are scored by striking the ball between goal posts.
A game consists of between six and eight periods - known as chukkas - that last for seven minutes, with players typically changing horses between each to ensure that none of the steeds suffer undue stress.
The draw for the tournament will take place three days before it gets underway at Guards Polo Club, on July 22nd.
