Twenty20 tickets news: Davies makes 30-man England squad

Cricket enthusiasts with Brit Oval Twenty20 tickets may be set to see some confident performances from Steven Davies after the wicketkeeper was included in England's World Cup squad.
Davies was named by national selector Geoff Miller in the provisional national squad for the trip to the West Indies, alongside 29 other names including the likes of Kevin Pietersen, Graeme Swann and captain Paul Collingwood.
The squad must be reduced to just 15 players by March 30th 2010 at the latest and if Davies makes the final cut it could give a boost to his performance in front of Surrey Lions fans with Brit Oval Twenty20 tickets this season.
On naming the initial squad, Miller expressed his excitement at his opportunity to pick from an "exciting crop of players".
He added: "I know all concerned will be hoping they make the final squad for what is a highly anticipated tournament."
Fans planning to purchase Brit Oval Twenty20 tickets should note that Surrey Lions' first home clash is against Gloucestershire on June 8th.
