Wimbledon VIP tickets news: Albert Roux to design menu for the Gatsby Club

Tennis fans with Keith ProwseWimbledon VIP tickets will be able to enjoy fine dining as well as top quality tennis.

The corporate hospitality tickets provider has commissioned Michelin Star-winning chef Albert Roux to design the menu at the Gatsby Club during the SW19 championships.

Roux's three-course, three-choice menu will be available to people with Keith ProwseWimbledon VIP tickets, who will also be entertained with matching fine wines and speeches from a number of celebrities from the world of tennis.

It will be the chef's debut at the championships and Andy Vinsen, commercial director of Keith Prowse, expressed confidence that it will be a success.

Mr Vinsen said that the combination of Roux, the Wimbledon tournament and the Gatsby Club "will result in the ultimate experience for hosts and guests alike".

Albert and his younger brother Michel were voted the most influential chefs in the UK in a poll carried out by Caterer and Hotelkeeper magazine.
