Tigers Woods and Phil Mickelson could partner at Ryder Cup

Ryder Cup packages customers may get the opportunity to see Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson play alongside each other.
The world number one and two have only ever partnered for one day throughout their careers, losing to the European pairing of Colin Montgomerie and Padraig Harrington at Oakland Hills in 2004.
Despite this record, US captain Corey Pavin has said he could reunite the rivals in front of fans with Ryder Cup packages at Celtic Manor in October 2010.
After naming his four wildcards for the contest as Woods, Zach Johnson, Stewart Cink and Rickie Fowler, Pavin said he sees "a lot of combinations and permutations" in the squad.
"Tiger and Phil? Can I see it? I see any pairing is possible," he added.
Prior to announcing his picks for the wildcard slots, Pavin wrote on the Ryder Cup website that he was facing a difficult decision.
"I wish I could take the top 20 players to Celtic Manor," he remarked.
