Twenty20 tickets news: England's batsman can worry anyone, says Andy Flower

23/04/2010

Andy Flower has said the strength of England's batting line-up is the key to their success in future fixtures watched by fans with Twenty20 tickets.

England's Twenty20 outfit is packed with big-hitting batsman, including the likes of Kevin Pietersen, Eoin Morgan and Craig Kieswetter - players which Flower believes are good enough to worry their international opposition.

The Zimbabwe-born England coach said: "We've put together a really exciting Twenty20 unit. It's a more aggressive batting line-up."

Flower will hope the batsmen can fire in this season's matches in front of fans with Twenty20 tickets, including the two-game series against Pakistan on September 5th and 7th 2010.

England's other fixtures in the shortest form of the game will come in the World Twenty20 in the West Indies, which gets underway at the end of the month.

Flower went on to state he is targeting victory in the Caribbean tournament, saying: "We don't want to aim any lower than that."
