Swing Time Menu

***Starter***

Cauliflower veloute with a gruyere cheese crouton and white truffle and chive dressing.

***Main Course***

Supreme of corn-fed chicken stuffed with chestnuts and apricots and served with thyme roasted cocotte potatoes, sautéed greens and a red wines jus.

***Vegetarian Option***

Butternut squash stuffed with mushroom relish, olive oil mash and asparagus, finished with wilted spinach and broccoli cream sauce.

***Dessert***

Warm chocolate fondant served with poached winter berries and cinnamon brûlée

Galantine of duck stuffed with spinach and wild mushroom, with a soft herb salad and sloe berry dressing.

***Main Course***

Supreme of corn-fed chicken stuffed with chestnuts and apricots and served with thyme roasted cocotte potatoes, sautéed greens and a red wines jus

Roast supreme of salmon with saffron mash potato, wilted spinach and tomatoes and basil butter squash.

***Vegetarian Option***
