Guards Polo Club Event Information
To gain entry into Guards Polo Club present your car park pass at the entrance gate, which is clearly marked on your pass. Once within the grounds make your way to the Keith Prowse Executive Restaurant and Private Suites within the Smith’s Lawn Enclosure
Your event card must be carried at all times to allow easy access to your hospitality area throughout the day
Your swing badge and Grandstand ticket will gain you access to either the North or South stands for the matches of the dayThe best place to meet your guests is in the Keith Prowse hospitality area
All guests are invited to “tread in”, so flat shoes are recommended for the ladies
A complimentary bar (excluding Champagne) is provided throughout the day, within your hospitality area
A merchandise facility is located adjacent to the Club House
Your match programme and Cartier magazine will be in your hospitality area
The dress code is smart/casual
Travel Information
Trains depart from Waterloo on the Reading line arriving at Egham. Egham Station is approximately a 10-minute taxi ride away from Guards Polo Club
Travelling from the M25. Take Junction 13 onto the A30 towards Bagshot
Travelling from the M4. Take Junction 6 onto the A308 to Egham and then the A30 towards Bagshot
Travelling from the M3. Take Junction 3 onto the A322 and then the A30 towards Egham
Once you are on the A30 please refer to the map for directions to the entrance gate marked on your car park pass. Please display clearly your car park pass before arriving at the entrance gate
Once you have entered Guards Polo Club follow the signs and map to your designated car park, as marked on your pass
If you arrange a taxi to collect you please ensure that the taxi is licensed and the driver has his taxi identification pass with him to ensure access into the grounds.
