Nestling in the heart of Burns Country, Ayr Racecourse is the jewel in the crown of Scottish racing. Ayr's highly acclaimed hospitality combines excellent service with the finest of facilities. A variety of restaurants and private boxes enable parties of all sizes to enjoy the glamour and thrill of racing in luxurious surroundings.

The jumps season runs from November until April with the flat campaign beginning in May and ending the first week in November. There's at least one meeting every month which makes Ayr Racecourse the perfect place to entertain corporate clients all year round.

With the Coral Scottish Grand National Festival in April, the Ayr Gold Cup Festival in September and in June the legendary Saints and Sinners meeting there's plenty to keep guests entertained.

The Roman Warrior Restaurant

This restaurant is situated on the second floor of the Princess Royal Stand and boasts a private balcony overlooking the finishing post and offering superb panoramic views of the course. Offering private tote facilities and additional plasma TV viewing, it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the racing.

Chancellor Carvery Restaurant

The Chancellor Carvery is situated on the first floor of the Princess Royal Stand, with an extensive carvery offering a full array of delicacies from succulent roasts and fresh fish to rice dishes and salads.

This facility is spread over two levels; the lower section offers glazed viewing over the finishing post and entire course and the upper section offers superb views over the Parade Ring and Champagne Gardens. Both levels give direct access to the Princess Royal Stand for race viewing and easy access to the on-course bookmakers and Parade Ring.

Princess Royal Private Box

The Princess Royal Private Boxes are situated on the third floor. Perfect for those looking for a more exclusive hospitality experience, the boxes offer a private balcony overlooking the finishing post and entire course. With dedicated staff and private tote facilities, everything is in place to ensure the perfect day for you and your guests.  Private boxes also give you the option to personalise the hospitality experience with added extras such as a champagne reception. The boxes can accommodate 20 – 100 guests.

Paddock Stand Private Box

Situated on the running rail of the flat track just past the finishing post and adjacent to the Parade Ring, these private boxes offer the ultimate racing experience for those who like to be at the heart of the action.Private balconies offer superb views of the home straight and the entire course and their proximity to the Parade Ring means you won't miss any of the pre and post race formalities. The Paddock Stand Private Boxes are perfect for those who want to enjoy the full racing experience. The ground floor also boasts an extensive viewing deck and external area.
