Cheltenham Festival features a cast of the best horses, jockeys and trainers playing to an audience of 220,000 people. Cheltenham has a little something for everyone including Ladies Day, which celebrates the role women play in jump racing (don’t forget your hats). The climax of the entire jump race season comes to an end with the prestigious Cheltenham Gold Cup.

The Front Runners glass-fronted Restaurant and Private Suites overlook the Final Furlong so you'll catch all the action. Each has its own private balcony and offer a vibrant atmosphere to entertain guests.

Restaurant

Front Runners Restaurant is a spacious and modern restaurant, overlooking the final furlong of Cheltenham Racecourse. This glass fronted restaurant is ideal for smaller parties looking to entertain at the Cheltenham Festival in 2013.

Choose from a viewing or non-viewing table in the raised restaurant where you can catch sight of the horse racing action. A guest speaker and jockey will visit the Front Runners restaurant, giving an overview of the day’s races and their favourites for that day.

Private tables of 8, 10 and 12 are available in the restaurant throughout the Festival, with smaller numbers being accommodated on a shared basis.

Private Suites

Soak up all the horse racing action from a Front Runners Private Suite at Cheltenham Festival. Each suite has its own private balcony overlooking Cheltenham Racecourse, where the beautiful surroundings of the Gloucestershire countryside can be admired. Each suite will be visited by the day’s guest jockey who will guide you through the race card.

Each suite can accommodate up to 40 guests and has a team of dedicated waiting staff to deal with all your hospitality requirements throughout the day.

A Cheltenham Festival Hospitality Package includes:

Club ticket and badge, giving access to the Members’ Lawn and Viewing Steps
Breakfast roll served on arrival

A four-course lunch, accompanied by selected wines, followed by coffee

1.30pm	Make sure your bets are set as the horses go under starter’s orders for the first race
3.20pm	Feature Race of the Day
3.30pm	Afternoon tea is served
5.15pm	Your last chance for the big win as the final race gets under way
5.45pm	Bar closes (or 30 minutes after the final race)
6.15pm	Guests depart (or one hour after the final race)
