Epsom Derby Festival Hospitality Packages

1 - 2 June 2012

The Blue Riband and Derby Suite both have double aspect balconies overlooking the parade ring and beyond into London, whilst giving views of the track, the Finishing Line and the Winner’s Circle. The Derby Suite is located above the Royal Box and the balconies are for private use. Both packages include Queen’s Stand badges for your guests, passes for nearby car parking, race cards, information guides and racing papers. Private tables are available for 10; smaller groups will be on shared tables. This is an ideal place for you to enjoy the Epsom Derby Festival with clients or friends.

The Derby Suite

Located on the third floor of the Queen’s Stand, the Derby Suite is above the Royal Box and is our most exclusive offering. The Derby Suite has the feel of a private club with its central location and large balcony overlooking the finishing line.

Blue Riband Room

The Blue Riband Room is located on the first floor of the Queen’s Stand and is a wonderful place to spend the day. Situated at the centre of the Queen’s Stand, this suite boasts a highly prized location.

Ladies Day - Friday 1st June 2012

Smart dress - gentlemen must wear a collar and tie, majority of ladies wear hats.
Denim is not acceptable.

Derby Day - Saturday 2nd June 2012

Gentlemen - black or grey morning dress with a top hat, or service dress. Ladies - formal day dress or a trouser suit with a hat.
