The elegant Temple, built in 1771, was featured in the Opening Ceremony of the London 2012 Olympics and provides the perfect location for corporate entertainment. Wine and dine guests on this stunning private island is away from the hustle and bustle of the Regatta. Temple Island is situated just seconds from the Start Line of the Regatta and a mile and a half downstream from the picturesque market town of Henley-on- Thames.

Temple Island Package

Enjoy a day of tranquillity in the beautiful surroundings of Temple Island. Located just seconds from the Start Line, Temple Island has a fantastic view of the Course. This prime location ensures that you and your guests catch sight of all the rowing action. Temple Island can be used exclusively and is perfectly suited for 40 guests.

Stewards' Enclosure Upgrade

The Stewards’ Enclosure is a Private Members Area offering fantastic views of the Course Finish Line. The waiting list to become a member is at least 10 years but, as official hospitality provider, Keith Prowse is able to offer the option to upgrade your package to gain access to this sought-after area. We will also provide you and your guests with a Pimms voucher allowing you to indulge in the complete experience.

Sample Itinerary

 
 10.30am Guests make their way to Fawley Meadows reception
Boat transfer to Temple Island
 11.00am

Champagne reception
Complimentary bar opens
 12.30pm - 2.30pm  Lunch served with fine wines followed by coffee
 4.00pm  Afternoon tea is served
 *6.00pm  Bar closes
 *6.30pm Temple Island closes (last boat transfer to Fawley Meadows at
6.30pm)

*Please note that the bar and Temple Island close 30 minutes earlier on Sunday. There will be two complimentary launches which will operate between Temple Island and the Stewards’ Enclosure throughout the day (journey time 30 minutes).
