Henley Royal Regatta Event Information
Event documentation will be sent out approximately two weeks before the event (providing payment has been received in full). The documentation will include an event card and a wallet with the itinerary, event and travel information (one of each for every guest). Each guest must bring this information, particularly the event card, to the event. Car park passes (1 per 2 guests) will also be included
The best place to meet your guests is in the hospitality area
A programme and official order of play are provided in the hospitality area
River cruises will take place throughout the duration of the day and bookings will be taken on a first come first served basis
Stewards’ Enclosure tickets are handed out to the host on arrival. There will be a regular ferry service to and from the Stewards’ Enclosure, which will operate on a first come first served basis
There is a strict dress code for entry into the Stewards' Enclosure - Gentlemen are required to wear lounge suits, jackets or blazers with flannels, and a tie or cravat. Ladies are required to wear dresses or suits with a hemline below the knee and will not be admitted wearing divided skirts, culottes or trousers of any kind. Ladies are encouraged to wear hats. Similarly, no one will be admitted to the Stewards' Enclosure wearing shorts or jeans. Ladies are also advised that high heels are not suitable footwear for the boats
You are not permitted to use mobile phones in the Stewards' Enclosure
The stand selling official merchandise is located in the Stewards' Enclosure.
