Cowes Superyacht Cup Hospitality

All of the packages include a gourmet lunch served by an attentive host/hostess who will be on hand throughout the day.

There are a selection of spectating vessels available from magnificent motor yachts to high-speed spectating RIBs.

Explore the regatta village where you’ll enjoy live music and entertainment as the yacht racers return to compare stories over a few pints in the world famous beer tent. 

The Crew

Each yacht or motorboat will have a professional crew of three (dependant on the boat selected) for the duration of the charter. Both skipper and mate will have extensive Solent charter and corporate charter experience. All of our skippers hold the Royal Yachting Association Yacht Master qualification with endorsements for commercial charter as required by the Marine & Coastguard Agency. You will also have a dedicated, attentive hostess to look after your guests throughout the charter. Crews are selected for their experience in corporate hospitality charter environments, their level of service and their ability to communicate both professionally and socially with their guests, while maintaining a safe and enjoyable atmosphere on board.

The Boats

We use a number of different types of boat each individually selected to suit your specific requirements and to offer the ultimate in VIP hospitality. All are commercially licensed and in excellent condition offering you an exclusive viewing platform for the racing.

Guests have the option of going ashore during the day to soak up the exciting atmosphere of the regatta village, or to stay onboard and fully explore the sights of the Solent. For the more daring we are able to provide high powered RIB’s, capable of speeds in excess of 50mph to take you and your guests on an exhilarating blast around the Solent and get close up to the action of the racing.

Superyacht Cup hospitality packages are available by the day or for the four days of racing.

*There is a supplement for lunch served ashore as well as mooring fees.

Super Yacht Cup Hospitality Sample Itinerary

09.30  Guests are greeted at Ocean Village/Lymington Marina and escorted to the yacht or motorboat **
10.00  Bucks Fizz and Continental breakfast is served
10.30  The boat makes its way to Cowes to watch the start of the racing
12.00  Pre lunch Pimms and canapés are served
13.00  A gourmet lunch will be served on the yachts mooring off Cowes. Or lunch ashore at a 5 star venue
14.30  Cruise the Solent amongst the racing yachts
16.00  Afternoon tea and cake is served
17.30  Return to marina for drinks and transfers.

**Starting and finishing venues can be   flexible.

*Lunch option ashore includes. Three course lunch, table water, soft drink, glass of house wine and tea or coffee (Any additional drinks or extras shall need to be settled prior to departure)
*Lunch onboard the yacht includes a full gourmet buffet served by a hostess and is inclusive of all drinks
*Mooring costs for onshore lunch options are dependent on the size of yacht which we are happy to discuss on booking
