WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DOCUMENTATION?

 

We will be issuing e-tickets for each hospitality guest for the 2020 London E-Prix. Detailed instructions of how to download the e-tickets will be emailed at the time of the booking to the booker. 

 

IS KEITH PROWSE AN OFFICIAL AGENT TO THE 2020 LONDON E-PRIX?

 

Yes, Keith Prowse is officially appointed which means that all inclusions detailed within the package description, including Grandstand tickets, are guaranteed. 

 

DO E-TICKETS NEED TO BE PRINTED?

 

No, e-tickets can be scanned directly from a mobile phone. Your grandstand ticket will be handed out on the day.

 

HOW DO I BOOK HOSPITALITY FOR FORMULA E?

 

You can choose and book your hospitality experience on our Formula-E events page. Here you will be able to view all available packages and facilities and book directly online via our basket and checkout facility.

 

DO YOU SEND TICKETS IN THE POST?

 

We are using e-tickets. Prior to the event, the booker will need to assign an e-ticket to each attending guest. Please note that all dietary and guests' names must be provided in advance (please refer to our Privacy Policy for details of how personal details are used). Information is provided for security and fulfilment only; we never retain nor use for marketing purposes unless an opt-in box is ticked. 

 

Anyone turning up on the day without an e-ticket will unfortunately be refused entry. Note that Grandstand tickets will be handed out on the day at the time of registration. 

 

WHAT DOES MY HOSPITALITY TICKET INCLUDE?

 

Hospitality inclusions vary on the package chosen. You can view the features of each hospitality facility by clicking on the respective facility below and scrolling to the bottom of the page:

 

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

 

We suggest smart/casual for all areas; no ripped jeans, trainers or flip flops. As Formula E is an outdoor event you are advised to dress appropriately for the elements.

 

WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE TO MEET MY GUESTS?

 

The best place to meet your guests is at the Pyramid Suite within ExCeL. Here, there is a sign in desk so you can wait for your other guests to arrive.

 

AM I ALLOWED TO LEAVE ExCeL AND ALLOW A COLLEAGUE OR FRIEND TO REPLACE ME IN THE AFTERNOON?

 

Unfortunately not, tickets are non-transferable.

 

WHO SHOULD I INFORM IF MY GUESTS HAVE ANY DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?

  

You can complete guest dietary requirements via 'Manage guests & tickets' in your online account if you are the booker. Any allergies, severe intolerances or kosher requests need to be made no later than one week before the event. We always do our best to accommodate all dietary requirements, but requests made less than 5 days before the event cannot be guaranteed.

 

ARE CHILDREN WELCOME AT THE EVENT?

 

You can embrace the family friendly nature of Formula E at this package here. A child ticket is for persons aged 3-15 years on the day of the event, and works on a complimentary basis with an adult ticket purchase (16+ years). Children aged 0-2 years can enter for free, however children of this age are not catered for specifically. Please also be aware that there are no changing facilities on site.

 

DO YOU GET AN OFFICIAL SOUVENIR PROGRAMME ON THE DAY?

 

Official souvenir programmes are available on request from your hostess, on the day and an order of play (one per guest) will be provided on the day.

 

ACCESSIBILITY 

 

Both Prince Regent and ExCeL House (DLR) Underground stations have step-free access. There is also a lift to the grandstand from the bridge. Please let us know at the time of booking or in the 'special requirements' section of your online account.

 

HOW DO I TRAVEL TO ExCeL LONDON?

 

The Jubilee Line and the DLR are the quickest routes to ExCeL London. Alight at Canning Town on the Jubilee Line and change onto a Beckton-bound DLR train for the quick two-stop journey to ExCeL: Custom House for ExCeL. Travel times and journeys can be found at tfl.gov.uk.

 

DO I HAVE ACCESS TO CAR PARKING?

 

Due to widespread parking restrictions, visitors are strongly advised to use public transport to travel to the London ExCeL. Check your route in advance to ensure you leave enough time to travel on the day.

 

WHAT CAN I BRING INTO THE LONDON E-PRIX?

 

Alcohol - Due to licensing laws, no alcohol may be brought into the grounds and we ask that you please drink responsibly and respect our neighbours whilst at the event.

Mobile phones, flash photography, laptops and professional video equipment may not be used in the grandstands or in the vicinity of any courts. Photography equipment with lenses of more than 300mm when extended are not permitted.

 

CAN I BRING LUGGAGE?

 

No bags larger than 40cm x 30cm x 30cm will be permitted into the grounds. Each person is permitted to bring a maximum of one bag per person and one small item per person (no larger than 20cm x 15cm x 15cm).

 

IS THERE A CLOAKROOM?

 

Please speak to your host on reception when you arrive for arrangements within your hospitality space.

 

ARE THERE ANY CASH MACHINES?

 

There are two ATMs near the west entrance of the venue by Costa and Panini Pronto, and another between entrances S6 and N6. Should the in-venue cash machines run out of cash, there is also another nearby at the Tesco Express.

 

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS AT THE EVENT OR USE ANY OFFICIAL PHOTOGRAPHY OR LOGOS?

 

You’re welcome to take photos in the hospitality spaces but not in the grandstands. You are not permitted to use official event photography or any logos associated with the event without permission.
