DO YOU SEND TICKETS OUT IN THE POST?

 

Edgbaston Stadium now have an e-ticketing facility allowing your hospitality pass to be e-mailed to you with entry possible using your mobile phone. You will need to assign e-vent documentation to each attending guest via 'My Account'. Please note, for security reasons all guests names must be added before the event, otherwise it could result in guests being refused entry.

 

HOW DO I BOOK HOSPITALITY FOR EDGBASTON?

 

You can choose and book your hospitality experience on our Edgbaston event page. Here you will be able to view all available packages and facilities and book directly online via our basket and checkout facility.


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DOCUMENTATION? 

 

Prior to your attendance you will need to assign e-vent documentation to each attending guest via 'My Account'. Detailed instructions of how to do this will be emailed to yourself. Please note, for security reasons all guests names must be added before the event, otherwise it could result in guests being refused entry.

 

WHAT ARE WE NOT ALLOWED TO BRING INTO THE STADIUM? 

 

No bottles, containers, metal cans or alcohol are allowed into the ground. The reverse of your match ticket will have full Ground Regulations.


WHAT IS THE DRESS GUIDE?

 

Warwickshire Suite:                 
The Warwickshire Suite is our most premium hospitality lounge and guests are therefore asked to dress accordingly. For men, jackets and ties are not obligatory, however collared shirts are compulsory. Women’s dresses, blouses or smart tops may be sleeveless and smart sandals may be worn. No trainers, flip-flops, plimsolls, ripped jeans, shorts or team colours are permitted within this facility.

All other facilities:       
Smart/Casual – guests are asked to refrain from wearing ripped jeans and flip-flops.

 

 


WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE TO MEET MY GUESTS?

 

The best place to meet your guests is in your hospitality area. Please refer to the venue map for the fixture you are attending.


AM I ALLOWED TO LEAVE EDGBASTON AND THEN RETURN LATER IN THE DAY? 

 

Unfortunately not. If you leave the stadium during the match then you will not be able to return later in the day.


AM I ALLOWED TO LEAVE EDGBASTON AND ALLOW A COLLEAGUE TO REPLACE ME FOR AFTERNOON TEA?

 

Unfortunately not, tickets are non-transferable.


DO YOU EMPLOY OFFICIAL PHOTOGRAPHERS ON EVENT DAY?

 

We occasionally employ the services of a professional photographer/videographer to capture hospitality images for use by Keith Prowse in marketing activities which may include, but isn’t limited to the following: our own and third-party.


DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING BEFORE THE EVENT?

WHO SHOULD I INFORM IF MY GUESTS HAVE DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?

 

You can complete guests dietary requirements via your 'My Account' login, under 'manage guests'. We also send out a form around six weeks prior to the event which gives you the opportunity to indicate if guests have any specific requirements including vegetarian options. If you find out after this time, please contact our Events Team as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate any late requests. Please note that any kosher meals ordered will incur an extra cost and need to be pre-ordered seven working days prior to the event.


CAN YOU ENSURE THAT MY TICKET SEATS WILL BE ALL TOGETHER?
