Hospitality code of conduct for the Derby Festival in 2021
Keith Prowse Code of Conduct:
Your health and safety is our primary concern and we have worked closely with the event organisers and venue to ensure that they are operating in a COVID Secure manner in line with current government guidance and that the health and safety of all of our guests is at the forefront of the event experience. As such we would ask that by making a booking you are agreeing to our code of conduct and will adhere to its requirements to keep yourself and others in attendance at the event safe.
Before leaving home and travelling to the event:
Remember your face covering
Follow all current government guidance on COVID control measures
Adhere to government issued travel restrictions and guidance issued
Evaluate your own health and that of people you are in close contact with; and stay at home if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 or have had any symptoms of COVID-19 in the last ten days or have been in contact with anyone in the last 10 days who has tested positive for COVID-19
On-site During the Event:
Agree to wear a face covering where required whilst at the event
Agree to have your temperature taken before entering the event venue, if required by the event organisers
Adhere to social distancing protocols put in place by the event organiser and respect other persons personal space at all times
Washing hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, or an alcohol-based sanitiser with at least 70% alcohol
Avoiding touching eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
Cover your nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing. Throw used tissues in the bins provided
Go to the event First Aid office (or equivalent) at any time, if you feel unwell or are experiencing COVID like symptoms
