Keith Prowse, the UK’s leading hospitality provider, are seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to join our Edgbaston team in delivering this year’s Cricket World Cup hospitality.

Essential Dates

  • 24 April
  • 18 June – 19 June
  • 25 June – 26 June
  • 29 June – 30 June
  • 1 July – 2 July
  • 10 July – 11 July

 

In addition to the dates listed above you may also be required to attend a maximum of two further training days, dates TBC.

 

The key accountabilities of this role include:

  • Ensure all hospitality areas are set as per the catering specification
  • Brief and manage all match day facility managers and event hosts
  • Liaise with catering IC’s to ensure a flawless service across all areas is provided
  • Act as a liaison between the hospitality areas and the control room on match day
  • Communicate all maintenance and security requirements in a time efficient manner
  • Liaise and assist with customer requirements and queries on-day
  • Be aware of and compliant with all Compass health and safety policies
  • To perform any other duties as required

 

The ideal candidate for this role will have the ability to:

  • Demonstrable experience of working in both a hospitality and catering environment
  • Sports hospitality experience preferred but not essential Motivate and manage hospitality staff effectively
  • Great attention to detail
  • Work well under pressure Manage multiple tasks
  • Communicate at all levels Work well in a team environment whilst working from your own initiative
