The Kia Oval FAQs

 

Do you send out tickets in the post?

 

Yes tickets are sent out recorded delivery and will need to be signed for. Tickets are required in order to gain access to the ground. Please note that the tickets cannot be duplicated and the original copies must be bought along on the day. Loss of tickets will result in loss of entry to the grounds.

 

When will I receive my documentation?

 

We aim to send all documentation out to you two weeks prior to the event date, providing payment for your hospitality has been made in full.

 

How do I book hospitality for Oval?

 

You can choose and book your hospitality experience on our Oval event page. Here you will be able to view all available packages and facilities and book directly online via our basket and checkout facility.

 

What is the dress guide?

 

We request that guests dress on the smarter side of casual i.e. no ripped jeans or trainers. Jackets and ties are not obligatory. 

 

Where is the best place to meet my guests?

 

The best place to meet your guests is at your table in the hospitality suite. Our hostesses will escort you and your guests to your table when you arrive.

 

Am I allowed to leave the Kia Oval and then return later in the day?

 

Yes you are. You will need to obtain a pass out (hand stamp) if you intend to return.

 

Am I allowed to leave the Kia Oval and allow a colleague to replace me in the afternoon?

 

Unfortunately not, tickets are non-transferable.

 

Do you employ official photographers on event day?

 

We occasionally employ the services of a professional photographer/videographer to capture hospitality images for use by Keith Prowse in marketing activities which may include, but isn’t limited to the following: our own and third-party uses. Please speak to a member of staff if you wish to be exempted from this activity.

 

Who should I inform if my guests have dietary requirements?

 

A pre-event form will be sent to you approximately six weeks prior to the event. The form gives you the opportunity to indicate if your guests have any specific dietary requirements and including vegetarian options. If you find out after this time, please contact the Event Team on 0208 843 7700 as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate any late request. Please note that any kosher menus ordered will incur and extra cost and need to be pre-ordered five working days prior to the event.

 

Can you ensure that my ticket seats will all be together?

 

We endeavour to seat all guests together. We allocate tickets to guests so that they are close to the hospitality facility.

 

Can you hire seat cushions?

 

Yes, if you would like to either hire or buy a seat cushion, please speak to a member of the Event Team on the day at an additional cost.

 

Can I take a camera into the ground?


Yes, we are happy for you to bring cameras into the ground.
 

How do I travel to the Oval?

By Tube: Take the Northern Line to the Oval Tube Station. The main entrance is 100m on your left leaving the station. Vauxhall Station is a 10 minute walk away too.
By Bus: Route numbers 36, 185 and 436 stop outside the ground and other local services stop around the corner. The following buses set down within a 5-minute walk of the ground: 3, 59, 109, 133, 159, 333.
By car: The ground is situated on the A202, near the junction with the A3 and A24, just south of Vauxhall Bridge and 10 minutes from Victoria and Waterloo.
