We understand it is difficult to know when purchasing corporate hospitality if the supplier is official and trustworthy. England Rugby Hospitality is a joint venture between the RFU and official sales agent, Keith Prowse. We are the only official suppliers of hospitality within Twickenham Stadium, which provides the following advantages:
- Guaranteed prime official match day tickets
- Premium service
- Peace of mind
- Money from hospitality is fed back into RFU.
We carry the ‘Good For Rugby’ mark and more information about what this means can be found here.
All event documentation and match tickets will be sent to you two weeks prior to the event. Please ensure you bring these items with you, as you will be unable to gain entry into the stadium without these.
You can complete guest dietary requirements via 'Manage guests & tickets' in your online account. If you have not yet registered on keithprowse.co.uk, please follow these instructions. We also send out a reminder around six weeks prior to the event. Every effort will be made to accommodate any late requests.
Ticket, hospitality and ground rule terms and conditions can be found here
As we have seats throughout the Stadium, ticket location is dependent upon a number of factors, including the facility you have booked and how many packages you have bought. We always endeavour to make the walk from your facility to your seats as short as possible. But you can be assured that you'll enjoy among the best seats in the house. Visit the facilities pages for more information and to see a view from the seats provided by that facility.
There are no strict dress codes within the hospitality areas, team shirts are allowed. We advise smart casual appearance and please dress according to the weather conditions as your match seats are outside.
The best place to meet is within your facility. Our hostesses will escort you and your guests to your table upon arrival.
Please be advised that Twickenham Stadium is now a completely non-smoking Stadium. The smoking of cigarettes, e-cigarettes or vaporisers is not permitted anywhere within the green perimeter fence line of the stadium.
Turn right out of the station exit and the ground is approximately a 10 - 15 minute walk from the station and is clearly signposted.
CAN I DRIVE TO THE STADIUM ON MATCH DAYS?
Yes,Twickenham Stadium is on the northern side of the A316 into London. However, road closures are enforced around the stadium on match days, with roads closing approximately 90-120 minutes prior to kick off dependent on pedestrian traffic. The roads briefly open during the game and then close for up to 120 minutes post match. There is no exact timetable on road closures but these times are a good guide.
Car parking is available at an additional cost, it must be purchased in advance of the match day and is subject to availability. Please contact your account manager for further details.
Unfortunately we do not have luggage storage facilities within the Stadium. The RFU have been increasing security measures for the upcoming games, additional security check points and measures including bag searches and pat downs will be in place at the entrance points to the stadium. Spectators are asked not to bring large bags, sports bags or rucksacks into the stadium on match day.
IS THERE A DROP OFF AND PICK UP POINT FOR USE ON MATCH DAYS?
There are no official drop off or pick up points around the stadium for general public use but they do operate one for taxis and private hire vehicles. Official parking is available to pre-book but there is a 10 minute walk from the Rosebine car park to the stadium and a 5 minute walk from the Tesco car park to the stadium. Free RFU shuttle buses operate to get fans to the stadium.
As well as being the Home of England Rugby, Twickenham Stadium is dedicated to providing a great environment and an enjoyable, accessible experience for every individual. We’re proud our attention to detail recognises and reflects the differing needs of our disabled visitors. The design of the majority of facilities allows for easy wheelchair access and there are disabled toilets across the venue.
British Airways Rose Garden: Due to building restrictions in this area of the venue, the British Airways Rose Garden is not suitable for wheelchair users.
We occasionally employ the services of a professional photographer/videographer to capture hospitality images for use by England Rugby Hospitality and Keith Prowse in marketing activities which may include, but isn’t limited to the following: our own and third-party uses. Please speak to a member of staff if you wish to be exempted from this activity.
We will notify you a six weeks prior to the event requesting a host name for your party and any dietary requirements.
Yes, there is no age restriction within hospitality but the hospitality areas are of an adult, drinking environment. Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult on gate entry.
The impressive East Stand development, which opens its doors on Saturday 3 November, will create an additional 11,600m2 of space over six levels delivering a superior match day experience. Further details on how hospitality benefits grassroots investment in the sport can be found here.
