No, we issue all court tickets out on the day. As you will appreciate, these are valuable items that cannot be replaced, so we keep them safe for you until you need them. They are issued during lunch.
Prior to your attendance, if you are the booker, you will need to assign each e-ticket to each attending guest. Detailed instructions of how to do this will be emailed to the main booker. Please note, for security reasons all guests’ names must be added before the event, otherwise guests could be refused entry.
The ground is approximately a 15 minute walk from the station. Alternatively there is a taxi rank located directly outside the station
There is a Lawn branded lollypop sign to wait at outside Barnard Marcus Estate Agents at 245 Wimbledon Park Road. It is on the opposite side of the road to the station.

Strict security procedures will be carried out at The Championships, including bag searches. All bags will be restricted to a maximum size of 16” x 12” x 12” (40cm x 30cm x 30cm). No hard-sided cases (including briefcases) will be allowed into the grounds. Larger bags may be deposited in The Lawn cloakroom. Laptops are allowed into the grounds but may need to be turned on by security first.
We request clients dress on the smarter side of casual i.e. no jeans or trainers. Jackets and ties are not obligatory.
The Lawn and Rosewater Pavilion both have cloakrooms where you can store coats, bags and other similar items. For guests within the Skyview Suites, you can leave your belongings inside the private suites throughout the day.
The best place to meet your guests is at your designated table. Our hostesses will escort you and your guests to this location whenever you/they arrive.
Tickets are purchased for specific courts at the time of booking and do not gain you access to other ticketed courts. Tickets are required for Centre Court, No.1 Court, No.2 Court and No.3 Court. All other courts are accessible.
You can view the scheduled order of play by round. The official order of play is not known until the evening before a match and is produced by The AELTC Referee. Check wimbledon.com for the latest schedule of play. Alternatively, you can download the Wimbledon app for all the latest news.
We occasionally employ the services of professional photographers/videographers to capture hospitality images for use by Keith Prowse in marketing activities which may include, but is not limited to the following: our own and third-party uses. Please speak to a member of staff if you wish to be exempt from this activity.
You can add a guest’s dietary requirements via ‘My Account’ if you are the booker. Any severe intolerances or kosher requests need to be made no later than one week before your arrival. We always do our best to accommodate all dietary requirements, but requests made less than 5 days before attendance cannot be guaranteed.
Debenture tickets are sold in pairs, but we will try our utmost to seat you next to, or near to each other. As an official supplier, our ticket provision from The AELTC is very good. Seats are allocated to clients a few days prior to the date you are due to attend. For bookings larger than 2 guests, we will try our utmost to seat you next to, or near to each other.
The Lawn is less than a two minute stroll from the ground. There is a shuttle buggy located outside The Lawn should you need transporting.
Rosewater Pavilion is a few minutes stroll from Centre Court.
All facilities are fully accessible but the booker must notify Keith Prowse at the time of booking or two weeks before the event (whichever is sooner). Players’ Tables (within The Lawn) have a step and are not wheelchair accessible. Guests requiring accessible courtside seats must submit a request in advance of completing their booking; accessible seating is subject to availability and managed by the All England Lawn Tennis Club.
