Providing this information in advance is non-negotiable, and failure to do so will cause delays on day and may result in Grounds entry being declined.

WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF WE FORGET AND/OR THE INFORMATION PROVIDED DOESN’T MATCH THE NAME ON OUR E-TICKET?

It is essential that the guest’s valid photo ID matches the name on e-ticket. If there is an incomplete or missing data record, or a mismatch in data submitted, the tickets will become invalid and the guest will be refused entry on the day.

If guest names change within the agreed deadlines (16 June 2021), please amend them in My Account. If the deadline has passed, please submit as soon as possible and contact your account manager. We will not be able to make changes to guest names on the day of your visit.

WILL THERE BE DELAYS FOR THE ADDITIONAL SECURITY CHECKS?

Given the increased security and ID checks, you should allow extra time to access the hospitality areas and pass through the Gates. WHY ARE WE BEING ASKED TO BRING VALID PHOTO ID WITH US ON DAY?

Ticket holders are required to provide all information reasonably required by AELTC from time to time, which may include their surname, first name, date of birth, postal address and phone number. This information is required for identification purposes, health and safety, security and enforcement of Terms and Conditions. By providing valid photo ID on day, the organisers are able to verify that the ticket holder is the individual named on the ticket.

If you have not booked car parking and wish to be dropped off close to Gate 5, you must print a Drop Off Pass, which is included in your event guide. This is for AM drop offs only and cannot be used for evening pick-ups.

The Pass entitles drivers to drop off at the turning circle in Car Park 5. Please ask your driver to follow the red route to car park 5 via AA signage. You should enter Church Road from the Wimbledon village direction.

There will be no entry to Church Road to anyone without a valid pass.

I HAVE BOOKED CAR PARKING – HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE PASSES?

Physical car parking passes will be sent in the post to the lead booker’s address 1 week before your visit. Customers without a car park pass will not be allowed to park and refused entry.
